Victoria Bike Prom 2009 is ON. A venue has been set, events are being organized, and the word is spreading. To get the whole shebang together, we’re going to need some help from bike-loving, community-minded, kickass volunteers.

We’re looking for other folks over the course of the weekend for…

Friday Night:
- Set-up and tear-down for our bike-art show
- Technology-skilled folks

Saturday night:
- Set-up and tear-down
- Door/ID people (shifts)
- Bar staff (shifts)
- Technology-skilled folks
- Decorations

The Whole Weekend:
- Billoting (hooking up out-of towners with locals)

So. If you’re available to help out with any of these tasks (or making up new, sweet tasks for yourselves!), send Warbs an email (warbsy@gmail.com) outlining what you’re interested in doing, and we'll organize a volunteer meeting for early April.

PS: BEER.
